The availability of individual features depends on the service version, deployment model, subscription, configuration and applicable contractual arrangements.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORISED USE
Users must have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.
Renecto may only be used by individuals and organisations authorised to access the relevant network infrastructure.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permissions to connect devices, networks and systems through the service.
Where Renecto is used within an organisation, the organisation is responsible for defining authorised users, endpoints, network access rights and applicable internal security policies.
5. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT
Where account registration or authentication is required, users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their authentication credentials.
Users are responsible for protecting their accounts, security keys, authentication devices and access tokens.
Users must notify CloudTrust or the relevant organisation administrator without undue delay if they suspect that their account or authentication credentials have been compromised.
CloudTrust may introduce additional authentication or verification requirements where reasonably necessary to protect the service and its infrastructure.
6. NETWORK CONFIGURATION AND ENDPOINT RESPONSIBILITIES
Renecto establishes Layer 2 connectivity through virtual TAP network adapters and encrypted network connections.
Users and organisations are responsible for the correct configuration and secure operation of their endpoints and connected networks.
This includes:
6.1. Installing and maintaining supported operating systems and network components.
6.2. Configuring the virtual TAP network adapter correctly.
6.3. Managing IP addressing, routing, bridging and network segmentation.
6.4. Ensuring that connected devices and networks are authorised for use.

6.6. Preventing unauthorised access to connected network segments.
6.7. Ensuring that network configurations do not create unintended exposure or security vulnerabilities.
Users must not connect networks or devices to Renecto where they lack the necessary ownership, authority or permission.
CloudTrust is not responsible for network configuration decisions made by customers or for security incidents caused by incorrectly configured customer endpoints or networks, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Renecto must be used lawfully, responsibly and only for authorised network connectivity purposes.
Users must not:
7.1. Access networks, systems or devices without appropriate authorisation.
7.2. Use Renecto to bypass security controls or access restrictions without permission.
7.3. Intercept, disrupt, damage or interfere with third-party communications or infrastructure.
7.4. Distribute malware, ransomware, malicious code or other harmful software.
7.5. Conduct unauthorised scanning, exploitation, penetration testing or intrusion attempts.
7.6. Use the service for denial-of-service attacks or activities intended to disrupt network availability.
7.7. Transmit unlawful content or conduct illegal activities through connected networks.

7.9. Attempt to compromise the security of Renecto or its infrastructure.
7.10. Circumvent authentication, bandwidth restrictions, data quotas or other technical limitations.
7.11. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
7.12. Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the service without appropriate authorisation.
7.13. Use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable risks to other users, networks or infrastructure.
CloudTrust reserves the right to take proportionate measures where activities violate these Terms or threaten the security, integrity or availability of the service.
8. END-TO-END ENCRYPTION AND SECURITY
Renecto uses End-to-End encryption to protect network traffic between authorised endpoints.
The encryption is applied at the source endpoint, and the corresponding destination endpoint is responsible for decrypting the protected traffic.
The central infrastructure is designed to relay encrypted network traffic without accessing its decrypted content.
SSL/TLS transport security provides an additional layer of protection for connections to the infrastructure.
Users acknowledge that the security of an encrypted network connection also depends on the correct operation and security of the endpoints, cryptographic credentials and local network environments.
Users must not attempt to bypass, weaken or interfere with the security mechanisms of Renecto.
No electronic communication system can guarantee absolute security under all circumstances.
9. TRAFFIC ACCOUNTING AND SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Renecto may measure the total volume of data transmitted through a private network.
Traffic accounting information may be used to administer service capacity, bandwidth restrictions and data usage quotas.
Users and organisations must comply with the applicable traffic limits and service restrictions.
CloudTrust may apply technical limitations where necessary to maintain service stability, protect infrastructure or enforce contractual usage limits.
The applicable bandwidth and data usage conditions may be specified in the relevant subscription or service agreement.
10. AUTHENTICATION AND ACCESS CONTROL
Renecto may support FIDO2, WebAuthn, hardware security keys, platform authenticators, Windows Hello, TOTP and external identity provider integrations.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their authentication mechanisms.
Where an organisation manages access through an external identity provider, the organisation is responsible for the appropriate configuration and administration of that identity system.
CloudTrust may restrict access where authentication requirements are not met or where there is a reasonable security concern.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Renecto, including its software, architecture, interfaces, designs, trademarks, documentation and related materials, is owned by or licensed to CloudTrust Kft. or the respective rights holders.
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted to users under these Terms remain reserved.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable agreement, CloudTrust grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install, access and use Renecto for its intended purposes.
Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the service unless expressly authorised by CloudTrust or permitted by applicable law.
The Renecto™ and CloudTrust™ names, trademarks and related product identifiers may not be used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Renecto may rely on third-party software components, libraries, operating system features and infrastructure services.
Such components may be subject to separate licence terms and conditions.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable third-party licence requirements when installing or using the relevant software components.
CloudTrust is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law or is expressly accepted under a separate agreement.
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE
CloudTrust aims to provide a reliable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless expressly agreed in a separate service-level agreement.
The service may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure changes, technical failures, network interruptions, security incidents or circumstances beyond CloudTrust's reasonable control.
CloudTrust may perform planned or emergency maintenance where necessary to maintain or improve the service.
Where reasonably practicable, users or affected organisations may be informed about planned service interruptions in advance.
14. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
CloudTrust may update, modify or improve Renecto to maintain security, compatibility, functionality and service quality.
Changes may include software updates, security improvements, new features, changes to supported operating systems or removal of outdated functionality.
Users are responsible for installing required updates where necessary for the secure and proper operation of the service.
Where a change materially affects a paid service or an existing contractual commitment, CloudTrust will handle the change in accordance with the applicable agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
CloudTrust may restrict, suspend or terminate access to Renecto where reasonably necessary, including in cases where:
15.1. A user materially violates these Terms.
15.2. A user engages in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities.
15.3. An account, endpoint or network presents a security risk.
15.4. Access is required to be restricted by law or a competent authority.
15.5. Continued access would create a material risk to the platform, its infrastructure or other users.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permissible, CloudTrust will provide notice and an opportunity to address the relevant issue before taking action.
Users may stop using Renecto at any time. Account deletion, subscription cancellation and termination of organisational services may be subject to additional procedures or contractual conditions.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that are intended to survive termination.
16. DISCLAIMERS
Renecto is provided subject to the functionality, configuration and technical conditions applicable to the relevant service.
CloudTrust does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, compatible with every network environment or suitable for every particular purpose, except where such warranties are expressly provided or cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The successful establishment of a Layer 2 network connection depends on endpoint configuration, operating system compatibility, network conditions and other technical factors.
CloudTrust does not guarantee that every Ethernet protocol, device, application or network configuration will operate correctly in every deployment.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether Renecto is suitable for their specific network architecture and operational requirements.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudTrust shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use Renecto.
CloudTrust shall not be responsible for failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party network failures, internet service interruptions, incompatible devices, incorrect endpoint configuration, unauthorised user actions or external service outages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or other non-excludable statutory liability.
Where a separate written agreement establishes specific liability provisions, those provisions shall apply to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and organisations are responsible for claims, losses and damages arising from their unlawful use of Renecto, their violation of these Terms or their infringement of third-party rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim or damage results from conduct for which CloudTrust is legally responsible.
19. EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS
Users must comply with applicable export control, sanctions and trade restriction laws when accessing or using Renecto.
Users must not use the service in any manner that would cause CloudTrust to violate applicable export control or sanctions requirements.
CloudTrust may restrict access where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of another jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protection rules.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CloudTrust may revise these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the service, technical architecture, business operations or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published through the Renecto website or the relevant application interface.
The revision date will be indicated at the beginning of the document.
Where changes materially affect users, CloudTrust may provide additional notice through the service or other appropriate communication channels.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific agreements, govern the use of Renecto.
Where a separate written agreement between CloudTrust and a customer contains specific provisions concerning the relevant service, that agreement shall prevail in the event of a conflict.
